The Gaming Floor
Our gaming floor is one of the most complete layouts in the National Capital Region. The complex is located at 1 boulevard du Casino in Gatineau, Quebec, about a five-minute drive from Parliament Hill and downtown Ottawa. With that kind of location, it naturally fits into most itineraries on either side of the river.
On the tables, we follow the core mix you would expect in the industry: Blackjack, Baccarat, American Roulette, and European Roulette. Texas Hold’em runs as both cash games and regular tournaments in a dedicated poker room, which follows its own timetable separate from the main floor. Around 1,870 slot machines are installed across the property, with roughly 1,756 gaming positions and 64 active tables in operation, depending on season and layout changes.
We also operate a multigame space with live hosts. It suits players who prefer a bit more interaction than a standard solo machine session. That zone adds a social layer that the rest of the floor does not always match. Our sportsbook lounge is set apart from the main table section, so sports bettors get their own room with screens, seating, and sight lines organized around live events.
| Game Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Table Games | Blackjack, Baccarat, American Roulette, European Roulette |
| Poker | Texas Hold’em cash games and tournaments |
| Slots | Approximately 1,870 machines |
| Sportsbook | Dedicated sports betting lounge |
| Multigame | Live-hosted interactive gaming space |
For a first visit, we strongly suggest picking up a floor map at the entrance. We group zones by game type, and having the layout in hand limits unnecessary wandering. Our guest services desk near the main floor is also worth a quick stop, especially if you want to register for a loyalty card, check promotions, or ask about that day’s poker schedule.
Getting Around the Complex
The entire property is large and deliberately integrated. Gaming, restaurants, bars, nightlife, the hotel, and entertainment are all interconnected under one roof. Once you understand where everything is, you move between activities without going outside.
Our poker room operates on its own schedule for tournaments and cash-game hours, which can differ from the broader floor. It is practical to confirm those hours separately before heading in. Access to the sportsbook lounge is through a marked corridor; signage on the floor and overhead points you in the right direction.
For the Theatre du Casino du Lac-Leamy, our entertainment counter near the main entrance can provide information on same-day performances and upcoming shows. The Hilton Lac-Leamy hotel links directly to the casino through an interior walkway, so hotel guests remain indoors from their room to the gaming floor, dining, and theatre - that detail matters more than it sounds during a Quebec winter.
Standard operating hours follow this pattern: Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 3 am, and Friday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 am. Hours can shift slightly with seasonal peaks or special events, so for late-night outings it is always safer to confirm in advance.
Sportsbook and Betting
Our sportsbook lounge functions as a focused betting space inside the complex. The room is separated from table games and slots, which keeps the environment centered on sports rather than general casino traffic. Guests place wagers, watch games, and stay in one area without cutting through the blackjack pit every few minutes.
Loto-Quebec, the provincial Crown corporation that owns and operates Casino du Lac-Leamy, manages all sportsbook operations directly. In line with Quebec’s regulated gaming framework, there is no third-party operator involved. Every bet placed in the lounge falls under provincial oversight, which differs from practice in privately owned or franchise-style venues.
The lounge format works for occasional visitors and regular bettors. Seating is arranged around multiple screens, with visibility on key matches and events. Bets can be placed while games are live, and the room generally follows the casino’s regular operating hours so guests can move between the lounge and the rest of the floor as needed.
The Hilton Lac-Leamy Hotel
The Hilton Lac-Leamy hotel is directly connected to the casino by an internal passageway. Its address is 3 boulevard du Casino, Gatineau-Ottawa, Quebec, J8Y 6X4. Guests move from their room to the gaming floor, restaurants, spa, and theatre without going outdoors, which is a real comfort when temperatures drop.
Loto-Quebec positions the combined casino-hotel complex as a five-star property. At the Hilton, guests will find a pool, spa services, and resort-style amenities alongside standard rooms and suites. Meeting and conference rooms are also integrated into the hotel, so the site serves corporate events and business trips as comfortably as leisure stays.
By car, the complex is roughly 12 minutes from downtown Ottawa and about half an hour from the airport, traffic depending. Reservations are handled through the Hilton system at hilton.com/en/hotels/yowovhf-hilton-lac-leamy/.
